This site has been put together using pictures found by us on the internet. Some of these pictures seem to pop up on lots of different sites, so tracking down who owns the copyright is not always easy. But, before we go live, we will be seeking the permission from those whose pictures we have used so that hopefully we can continue to do so. But, ultimately, we want this site filled with original photos, drawings or cartoons from you.

So........

Are you funny? Know a funny picture when you see one? Perhaps you've taken one with your digital camera? Or it could be one of those old fashioned photos that you've scanned on to your hard drive. You might even be good at drawing cartoons? Can you write witty captions?

If you are funny, we want you to send your funny stuff to us. If it makes us laugh, we'll put it on the net. So, what are we saying here? Are we saying that we can't be bothered to design our own fastletters? Of course we're not. It's just that we had a lot of fun scouring the net for pictures. Then loads more fun scratching our heads for captions. Now we want you to have fun too. This is your chance to unleash your comic genius to the world.

So why would anyone want to waste their time designing a fastletters for us? Well, we couldn't think of any good reasons why you should, but we have come up with these pathetic ones.

1. Anyone whose design is used by us as a fastletter on our website will get a credit allowing them to send 10 fastletters absolutely free of charge without paying anything at all completely for free. (Worth £19.95 or $28.95)

2. All designers can display their contact email address next to the fastletter that they designed. Expect floods of emails from the world's top scriptwriters, advertising agencies, greeting card companies and more, promising to throw skip-loads of cash at you in exchange for snippets of your work. Riches beyond dreams!

3. If the picture used in the fastletter came from another website, then a link to that website will appear above it. A brief description of the sites content will also be given. Free advertising, free links, surges of additional traffic, free, as well as well as free publicity for free. So if it's your website, lovely. If it's someone else's website, they'll love you.

4. There will be awards for the most popular fastletter of the month and a top prize for the best fastletter of the year. What's the prize? Can't tell you it's a surprise.

If you think you can handle the pressure, we suggest you look around the site to get an idea of the kind of stuff we like.

Then, simply, send us your entry by email. We need the picture, image or cartoon as an attachment. Then, tell us what the caption is. Finally the web address (if applicable) from which you got the picture. We will ask them for permission to use it. If you didn't get the picture from somewhere else, please confirm it is yours and state that you gave us permission to use it. That's it. Have fun.
